Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Modulation Digital Pvt Ltd., we strive to maintain transparency and integrity in our admission process. Please read the refund and cancellation policy carefully before proceeding with admission:

No Refund Policy:

Once the admission is confirmed and the fee is paid, no refund shall be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, cancellation, or discontinuation of the course by the student.

Non-Transferable Fee:

All fees paid are strictly non-transferable to any other student, course, or batch.

Payment Confirmation:

Students are advised to make informed decisions before paying the fees. Fee payment confirms the student’s admission and agreement to our policies.

Exceptional Cases:

In rare, genuine, and unavoidable situations, the management may review and consider exceptions. Such decisions are solely at the discretion of the institution and will be final and binding.
